APPLICATION FOR A COMMERCIAL CREDIT ACCOUNT & SECURITY AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT: The person or entity described below (“Purchaser”) applies to establish a commercial credit account (“Credit Account and Security Agreement”) with Beverage Bros Pty Ltd (“Seller”) (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) to operate subject to the conditions set out in this document (“Conditions of Sale”). If your application to establish a commercial credit account is accepted, you will receive invoices from Beverage Bros Pty Ltd for the order of goods, and the terms set out in this document will apply to all of your dealings with Beverage Bros Pty Ltd. You (the Purchaser) must complete all parts of this document to enable your application to be assessed and you must give the Seller written notification of any change in your particulars. All non-corporate applicants must be over the age of 18 years. All corporate applications are subject to and conditional upon the Purchaser’s directors executing a Guarantee and Indemnity in the form attached, unless otherwise stated by the Seller. By completing this online form your are signing and agreeing to its conditions. Before completing this document the Seller recommends that the Purchaser obtains their own independent legal advice.
